Peace at last

I now have an ice cream stain on my top to match the one on my shorts. I went to an ice cream parlour that seemed to be quite popular. I asked the lady in my best pointing for a small tub of chocolate ice cream. She told me I had to have three scoops in her best sign language. She seemed shocked and horrified when I said I only wanted chocolate.

There is a group of german school kids staying in the hostel. They have taken over. They are everywhere. And they are so noisy. They are shouting and screaming at each other. I just wish they would quieten down abit.

Its now 8:05 and all german kids have buggered off.  I'm sitting in a deck chair, coke in hand in the peace and quiet of the hostel garden. Its just a shame the view isn't so great. There are buildings every side and if I look up I can see what looks like a teenage boy being told off by his grandma. If you look in the top corner of my photo, you'll see her.

Today was a very hot day. It was so hot you could cook an egg on the pavement, which some seems to have taken upon themselves to do.
Now its cooled down abit I might go for a walk by the river and then get an early night in the comfort of my own private room, complete with curtains.
