Musuemquartier

These evening I came to Musuemquartier. I'd read that it was basically an area with shops and bars but it wasnt what I had imagined. I thought it would just be a street. But it's more like an enclosed space. There are corridors running round the outsides and a courtyard in the middle. There are some museums. I've seen one. But since its almost 10oclock when I'm writing this, its not open.

In the courtyard, there are seating areas for different bars, which are all full
There is a fountain with a platform type thing around it, which has people on all sides. There are also these wooden things,  abit like a giant sledge with sides, that people are lounging on. All are taken. There are even people sitting on the floor. Some even came prepared with blankets.

I ordered a coke and squeezed in around the fountain. The price list said 2.90 but the man said it was 3.90. He noticed me looking at the list and explained there is a €1 deposit for the glass. Either way its quite expensive for a 0.2cl bottle. I was thinking about trying a frozen strawberry daiquiri but at €8.50 it wasnt worth me risking it.

To be honest I started to feel a bit out of place. Everyone was with someone. Everyone was drinking and talking and there I was with my tap water staring at my phone. I could go back to the hostel but that just seems boring....
